As Administrative Officer, you will play a key role within the local office life, but also at a group scale by working among the Office Management of AMARIS.
Your objective will be to make sure your colleagues feel good working in your office by:
- Managing stock and insuring cost optimization
- Welcoming visitors,
- Handling the switchboard
- Dealing with local suppliers
Moreover, you will work within a team of 20 administrative officers around the world.
You will be the main contact for various projects lead by other departments and affecting your office. Thus, you will have a wide range of topics to handle, from Marketing to Events and IT.
